The material you will find is a supplement to your training and not a replacement for regular training.
Do not be tempted to skip ahead to try and learn new material as you will miss crucial details that can only be covered in class.
Remember – we only get better through correct practice!
Disclaimer: Ensure that you have enough space to train safely and take care not to cause injury. Train as though you would in class and ensure you stretch thoroughly, drink plenty of water and only undertake tasks you are comfortable doing without supervision. If you experience pain for whatever reason, stop immediately as you may not be performing the exercise correctly. Always consult with your Instructor in this instance.
